Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer

What You Will Do Lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance. Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence projects. Track and report improvement results and business impact. How You Will Do It Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities. Analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities. Partner with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams. Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. What We Look For Solid experience in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or operational excellence. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies. Strong analytical and project management skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
