Maintenance Engineer

What You Will Do Support maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime. Contribute to maintenance improvement projects and asset management initiatives. How You Will Do It Work closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues. Analyze equipment performance and maintenance data. Implement reliability and efficiency improvement actions. Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. What We Look For Solid experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Hands-on approach and ability to work in a dynamic factory environment. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline preferred.
