Customer Service Sales Specialist You will become part of the Customer Service team and work closely with colleagues from Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Service, Manufacturing, and Technical Support across the EMEA region. How can you contribute to the growth and development of our company? As a Customer Service Sales Specialist , you will: Prepare commercial offers for spare parts, price list and LCC. Manage customer inquiries and coordinate quotation activities from request receipt to final submission. Support business development activities within the aftermarket and service portfolio. Work closely with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Service and Project teams to develop competitive customer proposals. Prepare pricing calculations, cost analyses and commercial documentation. Participate in tender and bidding processes for local and international customers. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for business growth. Coordinate customer requirements with internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle. Ensure accurate administration of customer requests, quotations and commercial data. Participate in customer meetings and presentations when required. What do we need to know about you? Secondary or university education in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in customer service, sales support, or order administration in a manufacturing or international company very welcomed Very good command of English and Czech language for daily communication. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently identify effective solutions. Attention to detail and a high level of accountability. Ability to work in a dynamic international environment. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
