Your Responsibilities: Carry out job duties responsibly in accordance with FME requirements and following the instructions of the Technical Department management. Specifically, the following activities are involved: Installation of new equipment and commissioning in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the applicable regulations. Training of the responsible person for monitoring the operational parameters of selected equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions or applicable regulations – what parameters to check, what are the limit values, how often to check which parameters, what to make records of this check (the technician forwards the relevant form to the trained staff for these records), what is the procedure when the limits are exceeded. Securing service and repairs Home HD devices. Carrying out regular maintenance, BTK (safety technical inspections) and preventive inspections according to the manufacturer's instructions Keeping and updating the database of technical equipment falling within your competence. Actively collaborate with cross-functional departments in the area of service and technical support, including process analysis aimed at patient and customer satisfaction. Actively participate in seminars and training sessions, as well as audits conducted by FME QREM, SÚKL, TÜV Germany, or other regulatory bodies, and during internal technical audits. Adhering to and monitoring all hygiene measures necessary to maintain a safe and clean condition of all technical equipment and the work environment. Taking care of measuring instruments, submitting them for calibration on time, and performing in-house calibrations of selected measuring devices and service equipment. Your Profile: Mandatory: Secondary school or university education of technical focus Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll., pursuant to Act No. 250/2021 Coll., at least § 6 Category B driving licence (active driver) Knowledge of MS Office Communication knowledge of AJ at the level of understanding of technical documentation and after attending the training conducted in English.
