Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related fields, preferably in the mobile app or technology industry Proven experience in leading and managing data teams , including performance management, mentoring, and professional development Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python , with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, KPI development, and transforming complex data into actionable business insights Experience working with event-stream subscription data from App Stores and MMPs Solid understanding of Data Engineering , including ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, data modeling, and data warehousing Familiarity with Data Science methodologies , including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, experimentation, and machine learning fundamentals Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar technologies Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms Strong understanding of mobile app and performance marketing metrics, including LTV, ROAS, CAC, CPI, retention, and monetization Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and data-driven experimentation Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives and align data strategies with business objectives Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proactive, strategic, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital products and continuous improvement Responsibilities Lead and manage the existing Data Team , overseeing team performance, daily operations, professional development, and resource allocation Define the team's strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives Mentor and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture Oversee Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science initiatives , ensuring scalable, reliable, and business-oriented data solutions Take ownership of the end-to-end data lifecycle , from data collection and integration to advanced analytics and actionable insights Build robust data pipelines around subscription lifecycle events (renewals, cancellations, refunds, grace periods) to ensure unified cohort LTV modeling Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse solutions Ensure data accuracy, integrity, accessibility, and consistency across data sources and reporting systems Drive performance marketing and product analytics initiatives across our global mobile app portfolio Analyze key business metrics, including user acquisition, retention, engagement, LTV, ROAS, and monetization, to identify growth opportunities Ingest raw MMP and product analytics event streams into the central data warehouse (e.g., BigQuery/Snowflake) to construct unified attribution and ROAS models Lead advanced analytical initiatives, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling Develop and improve automated dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting processes to support strategic decision-making Proactively identify business opportunities and translate complex data into actionable recommendations , going beyond traditional reporting Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, User Acquisition, and Engineering teams to solve business challenges and improve product performance Identify opportunities to enhance data infrastructure, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency Communicate data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and business impact to senior management and key stakeholders Working at Lyrebird You will be working in one of the best and first mobile product company in Turkey, working on a global level and recognized internationally.
