Demand Planner KSA

About the Role: You will drive accurate demand planning by translating market insights, sales trends, and business requirements into reliable forecasts that support product availability, inventory optimization, and sustainable business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure effective supply chain execution, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement of planning processes. Main Responsibilities: As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing accurate demand forecasts by leveraging market insights, sales trends, and business data to support informed decision-making and optimize business performance. You will conduct detailed sales, channel, and SKU analysis, lead regular demand planning reviews with cross-functional stakeholders, monitor key performance indicators, and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities. Working closely with Supply Chain and commercial teams, you will ensure effective stock management, maintain critical planning data to support order fulfillment and replenishment, manage escalations when required, and drive continuous process improvements through innovative planning practices and systems. About You: Possessing 1 to 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related field within the consumer goods industry, you bring a strong understanding of demand planning processes and logistics planning techniques. Experience with SAP stock management and planning systems, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enables you to translate data into actionable business insights. You are an effective communicator with proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives. A proactive mindset, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement and process innovation, will support your success in this role.
