ROLE PURPOSE The Deployment Coordinator assists in all deployment activities for Glory Australia & New Zealand, working closely with internal and external partners in understanding project requirements, costs, and variables. Key Responsibilities MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Delivers all field related product projects, including installations, removals, relocations, and upgrades. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of internal and external teams to ensure objectives of assigned projects are met within timelines. Obtain competitive quotes from 3rd Party installers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Sales team members, internal and external project team members and third-party vendors to ensure all partners are clear on their responsibilities to effectively execute the required activities and deliverables. Gather deployment information and reflecting relevant changes in JDE system. Improve and implement processes to increase productivity and efficiency. Health & Safety: Adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times. Ensure the prompt and accurate reporting of all workplace incidents and injuries. Ensure all hazards are promptly assessed for their significance and managed according to the hazard management process. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS Education Level: Tertiary qualifications in business or related field preferred. Qualifications: 1 years + experience in project management or deployment programs REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite Experience in working with project management tools for example, smartsheet Strong communication skills Proven experience mitigating deployment risks Strong attention to detail Proven organisational skills Analytical mindset Ability to succeed managing multiple priorities Willingness and ability to be available outside of standard business hours to remotely support afterhours activity as required.
