Role Summary Lead the Group consolidation and reporting function, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant financial reporting across the Group. The role is responsible for managing the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation process, technical accounting matters and management reporting, and for supporting strategic finance initiatives, including OneStream implementation and process transformation. Key Responsibilities Financial Consolidation & Reporting Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidation process. Review and approve consolidation journals, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, non-controlling interests and equity accounting entries. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports. Review consolidated cash flow statements and supporting schedules. Analyse significant movements in financial results and balance sheet accounts Technical Accounting & Governance Provide technical accounting guidance on consolidation-related matters. Assess the accounting implications of acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and changes in ownership interests. Monitor new accounting standards and evaluate their impact on Group reporting. Maintain strong governance over consolidation processes and documentation. Stakeholder Management Support quarterly reporting and information requests from the shareholder, Temasek. Liaise with external auditors and ensure the timely resolution of audit matters. Support Board and Senior Management reporting requirements. Systems & Transformation Support the implementation and optimisation of OneStream. Drive improvements to consolidation and intercompany reconciliation processes. Support the integration of new entities into Group reporting structures and systems. Work with IT on consolidation system master data and reporting enhancements. Team Leadership Provide leadership, coaching and technical guidance to the consolidation and reporting team. Coordinate reporting timelines and deliverables across the Group. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives. About You Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Professional accounting qualification such as Singapore Chartered Accountant, CA, CPA, ACCA or an equivalent recognised qualification. At least 10 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience, including substantial hands-on experience in complex multi-entity and multi-currency Group consolidation. Experience in a Big Four accounting firm and/or a listed or large multinational organisation is preferred. Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, including consolidation, foreign currency translation, business combinations, equity accounting and non-controlling interests. Demonstrated experience preparing or reviewing consolidated financial statements, management reports, cash flow statements and statutory disclosures, and managing external audits. Experience with Enterprise Performance Management and consolidation systems. Hands-on knowledge of OneStream is strongly preferred; experience with comparable platforms such as SAP BPC or CCH Tagetik will also be considered. Working knowledge of a major ERP system, preferably SAP S/4HANA, including financial data structures, interfaces and reporting processes. Strong Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis skills; experience with reporting dashboards, data integration, system testing, master data governance or finance-system implementation is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex accounting matters and communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders. Proven leadership and stakeholder-management capability, with experience coordinating reporting across multiple entities and working effectively with Finance, IT, auditors and senior management. Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities and tight reporting deadlines with integrity and a strong sense of ownership.
