Director Precinct Integration (Blue Mountains & Central)

Shape the future of regional NSW by leading transformative transport and infrastructure partnerships that connect communities, unlock economic growth and deliver integrated outcomes across government. In this role, you'll: Lead the Partnerships & Integration function, driving complex regional initiatives including Renewable Energy Zones, road reclassification, contamination management and other strategic infrastructure priorities. Partner across government, industry, councils and communities, and align competing priorities, shape regional transport outcomes and provide authoritative advice on transport, infrastructure and investment matters. Present the division in high-profile forums, lead complex negotiations, and ensure strong governance, risk management and program performance across a high-performing team. About you Extensive senior leadership experience in transport, infrastructure, regional development or a related sector. Proven track record leading complex, cross-agency programs and integrated planning initiatives. Strong experience building strategic partnerships across government, industry, community and private sector stakeholders. Deep understanding of regional transport, infrastructure and economic development challenges and opportunities. Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision-makers and lead complex negotiations in politically sensitive environments. Expertise in program governance, risk management and delivering outcomes across large, multi-stakeholder portfolios. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with practical delivery. Experienced people leader with a strong commitment to collaboration, capability building and organisational performance.
