Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025 A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences ROLE PURPOSE To support Finance operations through structured rotational assignments across key Finance areas, while building strong capability in financial planning, reporting, analysis, controls and business partnering. The role provides hands-on exposure to Vodafone Finance processes and enables the candidate to contribute to business performance and informed decision-making. CORE COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Essential Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Planning, Reporting, Audit or Business Partnering. Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good presentation skills. Ability to analyse data, identify trends and communicate meaningful insights. Strong attention to detail, ownership and commitment to accuracy. Good communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Learning agility, adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Experience within a multinational or fast-paced business environment. Exposure to financial planning, management reporting, decision support or financial operations. Knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools. Progress toward a relevant professional qualification, such as ACCA, CMA, CIMA or CFA. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting activities. Assist with financial analysis and translate data into clear business insights. Contribute to management reports, presentations and performance dashboards. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Participate in financial control, reconciliation and governance activities. Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to collect, validate and analyse data. Support process improvement, simplification and automation initiatives. Contribute to project assignments and rotational placements across Finance functions. Comply with Vodafone policies, internal controls and relevant regulatory requirements. Build a strong understanding of Vodafone financial processes, systems and operating model.
