Together We Can Discover global graduate program is a 12 month program to accelerated development that enables talented fresh graduates to develop and grow within Vodafone Egypt. Ultimately these extraordinary graduates become Vodafone’s future leaders through; customized job rotations in the Strategy department, challenging business exposure, continuous learning journey/development, & corporate networking. Who can apply? Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025 A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences Requirements: Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or another analytical discipline. University projects, internships, or extracurricular experience related to problem-solving, operations, data, analytics, technology, digital products, or business projects would be an advantage. Fluency in English Focus on potential and willingness to learn rather than prior technical depth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Curiosity and interest in business, processes, data, and technology. Ability to understand a business problem and structure it clearly. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate across different teams and ask thoughtful questions. Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and openness to feedback. Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills. Basic understanding of processes, data, analytics, or digital products is an advantage; Power BI, SQL or process-mapping exposure is a plus, not a requirement.
