The Distribution Network Analyst is responsible for the daily inventory distribution plans to deliver against business objectives and Distribution Center (DC) stocking strategies. They will ensure successful delivery of products to the global DC’s while aligning with internal departments on improvement opportunities. They will monitor and resolve any bottlenecks identified and track key metrics for improved performance. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is part of the Supply Chain Department located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Ensure that Global DC’s always have sufficient Days on Hand of Finished Goods inventory Plan and execute on Finished Goods distribution strategy to replenish stock levels at the DC’s Maintain a positive working relationship with DC Managers, Production, Planning, & Warehouse/Logistics to ensure a streamlined flow of communication and timely inventory receipts Collaborate with DC Managers to identify and resolve bottlenecks, constraints and/or potential product shortages within the distribution network Monitor distribution lead-times and lead-time variability, and collaborate with Logistics to ensure key master data is accurate in planning systems/reports to drive correct behavior The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s Degree or a related field preferred. Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to use data to make strategic decisions Proficient in interpreting data, identifying trends, and flagging risks/issues early to drive corrective behavior Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization (proficient in English). Physical/Environment Requirements: Indoor role requiring standing/walking. Must follow safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and operate only approved low-risk tools. Bonus / Incentive Pay Up to 10 % of annual base salary This job is also eligible for bonus pay. This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions. This job is also eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits and specifically phone allowance, medical card, dental allowance and optical allowance.
