We are scheduling interviews at Crane Currency Tuesday, 10/6, Thursday 10/8 or Friday 10/9! Current Opportunities & Pay Manufacturing Operators: Starting at $22.50/hour. Paid training is available, and no experience is required for select openings. Press Machine Operators: Starting at $25 to $29/hour, based on experience. Available Shifts 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, plus 15% differential 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Mon through Friday, plus 20% differential Weekend Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Fri through Sun (Work 36 get paid for 40) plus 20% differential How You’ll Make an Impact Depending on your position and experience, you may: Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, presses, coaters, slitters, converting equipment, and other production machinery Inspect materials and finished products, identify defects, document production data, and maintain strict quality standards Follow detailed safety procedures and standardized work instructions while helping the team meet production goals Cross-train on specialized equipment and high-security manufacturing processes. What We’re Looking For Reliable, safety-focused team players with strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for select Manufacturing Operator openings Press Operator candidates should have mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and experience with presses, printing, converting, CNC, extrusion, or similar industrial equipment U.S. citizenship and the ability to meet Public Trust requirements Why Join Crane Currency?
