How you will make an impact: As a Process Engineer, you will develop and manage manufacturing processes for our advanced micro-optic products while supporting related process development across printing and web handling operations. In this hands-on role, you will identify technical solutions and turn data-driven recommendations into practical improvements that strengthen quality, efficiency, yield, and cost effectiveness. You will work across teams to evaluate new technologies, improve existing processes, and support the successful launch of new products. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to the continued growth and performance of our manufacturing operations. Develop and evaluate new brand authentication products by conducting experimental work, analyzing results, documenting findings, and taking appropriate action to achieve established development goals. Plan and lead new equipment Installation Qualifications, Operational Qualifications, and Performance Qualifications. Lead or contribute to complex problem-solving initiatives involving new formulations, processes, and equipment. Support commercial product launches by developing processes and generating technical data that demonstrates operational readiness. Develop new product features and improve the performance of existing products through advancements in formulations, processes, or equipment. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to optimize manufacturing processes, improve volume, quality, and yields, and complete required documentation before transfer. Plan and lead printing and label-converting trials to develop new process capabilities. Define and manage key projects that improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and production yields. Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology, or a similar engineering discipline. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Process Engineering or a similar function within the printing, coating, or web-processing industry. Six Sigma or other process improvement experience. Proven experience leading teams of subject matter experts to solve complex problems. Experience leading Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Performance Qualification activities. Demonstrated ability to influence and lead others without formal authority while maintaining effective working relationships. Preferred: 5 to 7 years of relevant Process Engineering experience. Experience in printing, preferably within a process engineering or similar technical function. Experience with web handling, coating, flexographic printing, lamination, label converting, or slitting. Proficiency in Design of Experiments and other statistical tools. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly across manufacturing, quality, and other functions.
