Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and train housekeeping and laundry staff. Allocate duties and schedules to ensure efficient operations. Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness and Cinnamon brand standards. Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, inventory, and departmental costs. Coordinate with Maintenance to address repair and maintenance requirements. Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health, safety, emergency, and company policies. Job Responsibilities Person Specifications GCE O/L qualification, Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage. Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, hygiene, and health and safety procedures. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to manage staff schedules, housekeeping supplies, and departmental costs effectively. Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and maintaining hotel brand standards.
