Your new job | About your main responsibilities As a Senior Consultant within the EY-Parthenon Strategy Practice, you will play a central role in shaping strategic recommendations and helping clients put them into practice. You will independently own analyses and workstreams, work with senior client stakeholders and support junior colleagues. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across corporate strategy, commercial growth, digital, data and AI. Own analyses and defined workstreams from problem definition through recommendation. Develop fact-based perspectives on markets, customers, competitors and business performance. Translate strategic choices into practical priorities and actionable roadmaps. Engage with client stakeholders and communicate complex insights clearly. Support and coach Consultants while contributing to team quality and development. Your office: Amsterdam Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution Approximately 2-5 years of relevant professional experience. Demonstrated ability to independently own analyses or workstreams. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience or a strong interest in strategy, digital, data, AI, commercial growth or transformation. A proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset. Ready to shape your future with us? | About your application process For this role, we ask you to submit your CV along with a motivation letter, where we welcome the use of AI tools as long as your personal motivation and authentic voice remain clearly visible. After an initial screening, you will be invited to complete an online assessment. This is followed by a first interview focused on getting to know each other, discussing your ambitions, and providing further insight into the role and team. Successful candidates will proceed to two case interviews, designed to assess both technological knowledge and capability, as well as commercial acumen. The process concludes with a final interview.
