Your new job | About your main responsibilities As a Senior Manager within the EY-Parthenon Strategy Practice, you will lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams, helping senior leaders make and implement consequential strategic choices. You will connect market and customer insight with business performance, digital, data and AI, and translate this into focused value-creation agendas. You will also contribute to account development, propositions and the growth of our people. Lead large or complex engagements and take overall responsibility for delivery quality and outcomes. Advise senior client stakeholders on corporate strategy, commercial growth, digital, data and AI. Shape compelling recommendations and ensure they translate into executable plans. Lead, coach and develop diverse teams across EY-Parthenon and the wider EY network. Identify follow-on opportunities and help deepen trusted client relationships. Strengthen our market propositions, intellectual capital and internal community. Your office: Amsterdam Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution Approximately 6-10 years of relevant experience, including significant consulting experience. A track record of independently leading complex projects and senior stakeholders. Excellent strategic problem-solving, communication and team-leadership skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and shape new opportunities. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to measurable impact. Ready to shape your future with us? | About your application process For this role, we ask you to submit your CV along with a motivation letter, where we welcome the use of AI tools as long as your personal motivation and authentic voice remain clearly visible. After an initial screening, you will be invited to complete an online assessment. This is followed by a first interview focused on getting to know each other, discussing your ambitions, and providing further insight into the role and team. Successful candidates will proceed to two case interviews, designed to assess both technological knowledge and capability, as well as commercial acumen. The process concludes with a final interview.
