Job description

Your Mission As a Field Service Coordinator, you will ensure that aftermarket field service assignments are planned, coordinated, and delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will connect customers, field supervisors, technicians, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams while making sure the right people, tools, spare parts, and information are available when needed. How you will make a difference Plan and coordinate field service interventions, including schedules, workforce, equipment, tools, materials, and spare parts. Support field service supervisors and technicians through effective back-office coordination and occasional on-site assistance. Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout service execution. Monitor progress, communicate status and risks, and develop contingency plans that help minimize delays and customer downtime. Promote a strong safety and quality culture by supporting audits, safety briefings, and compliance with applicable ISO, SCC and ATEX requirements. What you should be good at You have technical education or training in mechanical engineering, industrial methods, maintenance management, field service, or a comparable discipline. You bring at least three years of relevant experience in field service coordination, project planning, maintenance, or a similar operational role. You are confident managing several priorities and making sound decisions when schedules, resources, or customer requirements change. You can prepare technical documentation and work effectively with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. You communicate clearly in Swedish and English with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
