Role Summary This role is a part of TRATON Group R&D, located in Södertälje, Sweden We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support cybersecurity compliance activities across the product lifecycle. In this role, legal and regulatory cybersecurity requirements are translated into practical compliance activities, ensuring that products meet applicable standards and regulations. A key focus is coordinating certification and vehicle type approval activities while working closely with technical experts, testing services, and authorities. Acting as a link between technical and regulatory stakeholders, the role helps ensure TRATON's ability to demonstrate compliance in a global environment. Job Responsibilities Support cybersecurity compliance activities throughout the product lifecycle. Coordinate and contribute to certification and vehicle type approval processes. Collaborate with technical experts to collect and present compliance evidence. Act as the main point of contact between engineering teams, testing services, and regulatory authorities. Interpret regulatory requirements and support their implementation within the organization. Maintain compliance documentation and ensure adherence to established processes and protocols. Monitor developments in relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards. Who You Are You have a BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. You have experience working in a compliance, certification, regulatory, or similar role. You are structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex information and processes. You demonstrate a high level of integrity and understand the importance of working within established protocols. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and enjoy collaborating across different functions. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience with Automotive EE systems, automotive regulations, or cybersecurity compliance is considered an advantage. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
