About the role Prepare and analyze financial and management reports. Monitor business performance, KPIs, revenues, costs, and profitability. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Perform variance and trend analysis and provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools. Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to support decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes. What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a strong plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Excellent command of English.
