Serve food and beverages in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and visitors with empathy and enthusiasm Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen duties while maintaining strict food safety standards Prepare, arrange, and replenish food displays and service counters with attention to detail Operate tills and process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout catering and dining areas Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and assist with deliveries Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures consistently Work collaboratively and supportively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Respond proactively to customer needs and resolve any service issues with professionalism Qualifications Previous experience in catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work with a positive attitude Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer care Basic numeracy skills for till operations and transaction handling Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety protocols consistently Strong time management and organizational capabilities Willingness to learn and develop skills in a supportive environment Additional Information About Aramark Aramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
