ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small operations team at an early-stage AI company serving the freight and logistics industry. This high-ownership internship spans internal systems, recruiting, funding research, and go-to-market support, helping the team build its operations and bring AI tools to customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and manage internal systems, including the company website and operational tools.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts and support candidate sourcing and new team member onboarding.
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives, customer acquisition, and sales enablement for AI products.
- Research and pursue grants and other non-dilutive funding opportunities.
- Take on varied operational challenges, moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Early-career experience, typically 0 to 4 years, in generalist roles at startups or other high-ownership environments.
- A technical background or demonstrated understanding of AI, software systems, and how technology products work.
- Experience building or managing internal systems, websites, or operational tools.
- Experience supporting recruiting, sourcing candidates, or talent acquisition workflows.
- Experience researching funding opportunities or supporting go-to-market, customer acquisition, or sales enablement.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English, strong ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Experience with AI agents, APIs, system integrations, or logistics operations is relevant.
- Local work authorization is required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation is €2,400 per month. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Berlin, Germany. The internship is expected to start in Q4 2026.
