As an HR Marketing Specialist at BMW Group Plant Debrecen , you will play a key role in building our employer brand and reaching, engaging and attracting the right talent to our organisation. What awaits you? Employer branding – you will actively build the employer brand of BMW Group Plant Debrecen and support recruitment objectives through communication activities that reach and engage relevant target groups. Strategic planning – building on the BMW Group’s international employer branding strategy, you will contribute to planning annual employer branding and recruitment marketing activities and to developing the short- and long-term communication roadmap. Campaign management – you will plan and coordinate employer branding and recruitment campaigns and manage organic and paid media activities, job advertisments with a particular focus on our social media channels. Event management - you will plan and coordinate employer branding and recruitment events, job fairs exhibitions, collaborate with event organizer partners and agencies and manage the connected organic and paid media activities. Project and partner management – you will collaborate with creative and media agencies as well as internal subject-matter partners, coordinate project delivery, monitor KPIs and ensure high professional standards. Reporting and administration – you will be responsible for the financial and administrative tracking of campaigns and services, preparing reports, and meeting audit and compliance requirements. Development of digital platforms – you will support the development, optimisation and content management of the careers website, other employer branding platforms and alternative communication channels. Content creation – you will brief, coordinate and partly create employer branding and recruitment marketing content, including photo and video materials. What do we expect from you Education – you hold a university degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field. Professional experience – you have at least 3–5 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications or recruitment marketing; experience gained in a multinational company or agency environment is an advantage. Language skills – you have confident spoken and written Hungarian and English skills. Mobility – you hold a category B driving licence and are a confident, experienced driver. Marketing and campaign expertise – you have experience in planning and delivering campaigns and in coordinating agencies and external partners. Event management – you have experience in planning and delivering complex employer branding and recruitment events, which might require flexibility to work during weekends occasionaly. Market knowledge – you are familiar with the local media and labour market as well as current trends in employer branding and digital communications. Analytical mindset – you have excellent organisational skills, a structured way of thinking and strong analytical abilities, and you are confident in preparing reports and performance analyses. Digital and creative skills – you are open to using AI-based tools and have a creative mindset. Experience in content creation, social media management, community management or visual content production is an advantage. What do we offer?
