Industrial Engineering - Manufacturing Planning

Objective of job: Planning and realization of production processes for existing and new products Principle activities Analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues in Production Provide fast and effective technical solutions to reduce downtime and improve product quality. Create line balancing. Perform time studies. Perform equipment capacity planning. Perform personnel capacity planning. Verify and correct bill of materials. Create, maintain and improve plant layout. Optimize material flow. Analyze and monitor production methods, as well as improving them. Create process specifications. Identify improvement potential in product and production processes. Implement released optimizations. Coordinate relevant plannings with other departments Job requirements Specialized knowledge / education: Completed university degree in technical field Work experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as Process Engineer / IE Engineer in electronics or automotive manufacturing. Qualification : Good self-learning skill is essential. Good English communication Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good at communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally. Demonstrates teamwork, proactivity, a service-oriented approach, a can-do attitude, a pursuit of perfection, realism, solution-focused thinking, and a commitment to self-improvement.
