Logistics Warehouse Supervisor

Objective of the Job: Ensuring the timely delivery of production in order to guarantee an optimal supply of the customer Principal Activities: Coordinates the activity of on-time delivery of the wiring according to the programming and the customer's requirements Collaborates with various departments (warehouse, technical, production, quality) to solve problems Control stock check and delivery to customer right time and quantity Controls the way in which the work instructions are observed by the subordinates for the good development of the activity Establishes the tasks and responsibilities of subordinate staff, based on job descriptions Organizes, coordinates and verifies the activity of the people in the department Train subordinates Provides support to employees for solving various problems, manages labor disputes, ensures contact with the Human Resources Department for the exchange of necessary and requested information and documents Provides constructive feedback to employees and advises them in the sense of encouraging communication on both sides, as well as team collaboration Evaluates the activity of subordinate staff and makes proposals for motivation, sanctioning, promotion, etc. Executes other dispositions given by the hierarchical superiors in the realization of the short-term strategies of the department, within the limits of the observance of the legal basis Job Requirements: Specialized Knowledge / Education: University degree in a relevant field Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the related field Additional Knowledge: Basic English proficiency Use of PC / Scanner Ability to operate PC and scannerFamiliarity with Spec Log systems such as Host, Bs Info, MES, and AVAS Application Submission Address: Draexlmaier Automotive Vietnam Lot D1, Tam Thang Industrial Zone, Ban Thach Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam Email: recruiting.vn@draexlmaier.com
