Main responsibilities: • Oversees daily shift operations and ensures production targets are met. • Monitor and control KPIs such as yield, purity, and materials consumption, manage manpower allocation, and address absenteeism or leave concerns. • Lead toolbox or daily meetings, cascade relevant information to the team, coordinate with support departments for maintenance and production support, and escalate unresolved issues to the senior supervisor. • Adhere to and implement ISO, EHS, and company quality policies, report process deviations, and assist in implementing corrective actions. • Ensures products meet quality specifications and standards, conduct process audits, and support internal audits such as Kamishibai, IMS, and 5S. • Recognize good performance and apply corrective measures when necessary and support employee engagement, training, and development programs. • Supervises, coaches, and evaluates operator performance while fostering trust, respect, and a positive atmosphere on the shop floor. • Assists in the supervision of operators and in the development of their skills. • Participate in and implement shift-level improvement initiatives, drive progress in CI Activities, monitor results, and promote operator involvement in improvement activities. Main requirements: • Preferably a graduate of Chemical Engineering or equivalent to Chemical Background) • With 3 year of experience in a manufacturing setup, ideally within a multinational company environment. • Proficient in production planning, KPI analysis, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Good English Communication skills both oral and written Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment​ We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
