The Head of Presales is responsible for leading the presales function, ensuring the effective translation of customer requirements into tailored fixed and mobile solutions. This includes overseeing technical solution design, proposal development, bid qualification, and customer engagement to drive business growth. To lead a team to provide a specialised presales service creating and managing complex architectural solutions for deals from pre-sales to proposal and delivery, stitching together appropriate assets and contributing to commercial modelling. Understand the customer’s technical environment and strategic goals to design and deliver customised solutions that meet MTNs’ client specific needs.
