Lead Information Security Automation Specialist

Assist the Head of Cyber Security Solutions Implementation & Automation in leading and executing team-wide projects and strategic initiatives. Champion the integration of security considerations throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution. Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key IT and Information Security (IS) stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. Gather, analyze, and synthesize complex technical and business information to support sound tactical decision-making. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences, including technical teams and executive leadership. Proactively embed security best practices and user-centric design principles into project planning and delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development. Collaborate closely with IS teams to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and user-friendly security solutions. Responsible to drive the security assessment, tracked identified finding and remediated effectively. People Management Establish and nurture professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across the entire bank, including IT and Information Security (IS) departments. Communicate technical and non-technical information clearly and concisely to a wide range of audiences, including analysts, technical specialists, and business stakeholders. Adapt communication style to suit both technical and non-technical stakeholders across various business units. Foster effective collaboration and ensure alignment with IS teams and broader bank stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum qualifications: Master's in Computer Science , Information Security or IT Minimum experience: 8 years
