Reporting to the Director Export Compliance, your focus will be on implementing and maintaining operational framework for risk review against international sanctions and adjoining regulatory areas such as anti-boycott in collaboration with internal legal experts and other stakeholders. Leading a team of analysts in international trade, you will focus on providing timely expert inputs on addressing risk, drive risk review through a network of internal subject matter experts. Work as ambassador of compliance to raise awareness with internal stakeholders and provide them with specialized advice and training Set up and maintain operational framework for internal risk review and response, document processes and pressure test them Lead a team of analysts in international trade, take active role in their development; walk the talk to inspire culture of integrity and personal productivity Be engaged with internal Sales and Program Management stakeholder as a trusted advisor on risk through all their pursuits, initiate and coordinate risk reviews as appropriate Be part of internal control environment by performing routine compliance checks Resolve complex compliance and risk assessment issues, cooperate with other professionals Partner up with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvements of operational compliance touchpoints to IT infrastructure and other aspects of daily operations Stay engaged with other trade, export control and sanctions compliance professionals in the region, exchange know how and develop best practices Continuous learning as regulatory environment changes, implement necessary measures Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or three years of corporate experience in lieu of a degree Fluent English (C1 and above) Exposure to export compliance through work experience, or an interest in compliance themes and willingness to learn Experience as people leader or experience leading and subject matter topics within high stakes environment Growth mindset and resilient personality Independent problem-solving skills Knowledge of MS Office suite We Value: Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Education or background in law or compliance SAP / GTS knowledge Fluency in other European language(s) Background or interest in data analytics, automation projects Project management certification or experience leading projects Experience in any of the following Sanctions regimes of the US, EU, UK or other European Union Dual-Use Regulation Military Export Controls US Export Controls (EAR or ITAR) Customs Regulation Anti-Boycott Anti-Money Laundering We Offer: Market-specific training and ongoing personal development Professional development plans – you will become experienced in using outstanding technology Extra-week of holiday, semi-flexible working hours Contributory pension scheme matched by employer up to specific amount Business travel accident insurance Online flexible benefit program for a broad scope of benefits in the areas of sports, culture, education, health, travel and other Global partnerships and discounts - access to broad scope services including purchase and servicing of cars, employee phone tariffs, bank accounts, medical footwear, hairdresser, or restaurants Honeywell offer a hybrid solution of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote working, some flexibility would be considered on a case by case basis.
