In this role, you'll: Work as part of our team delivering strategic property asset management and leasing services across Transport for NSW's diverse property portfolio. This role will see you support the management of leased land and property assets through high-volume leasing transactions, commercial negotiations, portfolio performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. You'll contribute to leasing strategies, asset optimisation initiatives, property maintenance programs, and compliance activities while developing your expertise across a large and complex property portfolio. You will broker value-for-money leasing outcomes and identify new opportunities for portfolio optimisation in a dynamic environment balancing commercial outcomes, government policy requirements, community expectations, and operational priorities. Our team adheres to the workplace presence expectations and is based at Macquarie Park on Wednesdays, 680 George Street and the remainder at a preferred Transport approved office. About you Your property leasing, asset management and stakeholder engagement skills, formed across commercial, retail, government, infrastructure, property management or real estate environments, will see you excel in managing diverse leasing portfolios, negotiating commercial leasing arrangements, analysing property performance, and balancing multiple priorities to deliver strong operational and financial outcomes. You're recognised as a commercially astute and solutions-focused property professional, skilled at building strong stakeholder relationships, negotiating leasing outcomes, analysing property and market data, and managing competing priorities, with experience in leasing and asset management, rent reviews, arrears management, maintenance coordination, property compliance, contract management and using lease management systems.
