In this role, you'll: As the Program Integration Scheduler, you will provide program-level scheduling leadership across Operational Technology (OT) delivery within some of NSW's largest transport infrastructure programs. You will be responsible for integrating and managing complex program schedules, using enterprise scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 where appropriate, bringing together initiatives and delivery plans across multiple OT functions, identifying critical dependencies and risks, and providing data-driven schedule insights that support successful program outcomes. Working across multiple agencies, internal delivery groups and stakeholders, you will ensure OT integration activities and key portfolio initiatives remain aligned, visible and achievable across a complex portfolio environment. About you You are an experienced scheduling professional with advanced expertise in integrated program scheduling and experience using enterprise scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or similar, with a strong track record delivering integrated schedules across major infrastructure, transport, information technology/OT or large-scale capital programs. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, can confidently communicate complex scheduling risks to senior stakeholders, and are skilled at facilitating workshops to align diverse project teams and delivery groups. You are comfortable working across different types of initiatives and bringing together multiple schedules, priorities, and dependencies into a clear integrated view. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a strategic focus on delivery success.
