Summary: Manage construction of assigned projects from start of construction to Commercial Operation Date (COD), ensuring compliance with assigned targets in terms of schedule, cost, while making sure all the internal requirements (e.g. HSE) are fulfilled. Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager in project planning, progress tracking and reporting. Plan, coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design, quality and safety requirements. Monitor project schedules and budgets and escalate potential deviations in timeline or cost in a timely manner. Review technical drawings, specifications and construction methodologies for accuracy, constructability and compliance. Address technical queries relating to design, system performance and installation. Prepare technical submissions, site reports and project documentation, and maintain accurate project records. Manage contractors and third-party service providers to ensure works are delivered on schedule, within scope and to the required standard. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Identify gaps in existing workflows and recommend practical improvements to enhance project efficiency. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines. At least 2 years of working experience in EPC, Energy, Power or Construction. Prior renewable energy or construction industry experience, particularly solar preferred Ability to interpret technical drawings (single-line diagrams and civil layouts), sound understanding of PV system components, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Proactive, independent and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn. Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively across project teams. Good project management skills, with the ability to report progress and issues in a clear and concise manner. Confident in presenting to and engaging customers, with the capacity to handle multiple concurrent projects.
