About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and curious Recruitment Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle,vfrom sourcing and hiring talent to supporting engagement, development, and retention initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)Post job ads across various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, university channels)Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirementsCoordinate interviews and manage candidate communicationsMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersSupport employer branding initiatives (career pages, campus outreach, social content)RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to multitaskProactive mindset with willingness to learnFamiliarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
