Compensation & Benefits - $64.90–$75.00/hour, based on experience - $10,000 sign-on bonus [payout terms] - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with employer matching - Paid time off (up to 10 days), life insurance, and pet insurance - Company-issued iPad Your Role - Manage your caseload: Perform comprehensive OASIS assessments, including Start of Care, Recertifications, and Discharges - Provide skilled care: Administer medications, provide wound care (including wound vacs), and manage IV therapies - Coordinate care: Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians and the interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/ST) to keep the plan of care on track - Educate: Empower patients and families to manage their conditions safely at home - Document: Complete accurate, timely clinical notes using AI-assisted tools Requirements - Current, active California RN license (required).
