Key Accountabilities Ensure to perform basic Reservation technic and skills Ensure that all calls are handled as per hotel standards and answer telephone inquiries regarding room rate and room availability in a courteous manner. Input bookings into the system accurately Well versed in company brand and style standards as issued, Represent the brand with style and elegance and Exceed guest expectations with accommodation and service, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles Remain educated on hotel and luxury industry trends, current events, and competitor’s activities. Perform other duties and responsibilities or lead projects that may be assigned by the Reservations Manager General Requirements Previous experience with hotel reservation systems or Property Management Systems (PMS). Hands-on experience using hotel reservation and property management systems (e.g., Opera). Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage. Demonstrated awareness of current hospitality and luxury travel trends. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
