Job Title: Senior Associate , Business Intelligence Analyst Job Location: Palm Bay, FL Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off Job Description: L3Harris is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical associate to join our team and support business intelligence, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. As part of a dynamic, matrixed organization, this role will provide hands-on experience with business and financial reporting, forecasting, dashboard development, process automation, and executive-level insights using analytics tools. Essential Functions: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, SSRS, SQL, and Excel. Build and support SharePoint sites, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows to improve collaboration and streamline processes. Analyze business, financial, and operational data to support forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance tracking. Prepare reports comparing budgets, forecasts, and actual results, including explanations for key variances. Support cost allocation, EACs, EV metrics, CPI tracking, and manpower forecasting. Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver insights, and support decision-making. Provide end-user support and recommend process and technology improvements Qualifications: To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Accounting , Finance or related field or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
