Job Details Position: Senior Brand Manager, Therapeutics - Permanent ( No relocation ) Expected Gross Annual Salary Range: 144,500 CHF - 178,500 CHF per year, determined on the basis of objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria. Variable Compensation: Eligibility to participate in bonus and incentive programs linked to company and/or individual performance. Role Summary: Develop and execute growth-driving brand strategies for therapeutic brands Elmex and Meridol while leading the multi-year innovation pipeline across people-centric concepts, technology, packaging, design, integrated media campaigns, and annual GTM plans. Execute gridded plans with excellence, collaborating closely with HUBs, R&D, Professional, EOC, and Insights teams to maximize implementation, launch and track new products, foster cross-functional synergy, and embed a culture of innovation driving new marketing practices, ways of thinking, and AI adoption. Responsibilities : Develop and execute growth-driving Brand strategies and plans for our Therapeutic brands, Elmex and Meridol Lead development of multi-year innovation pipeline: define the people-centric spaces and concepts, the technology and packaging to deliver, the design, and the GTM strategy Lead development of integrated media campaigns for Ellmex and Meridol Lead GTM plans annually across responsible area Execute with excellence and on-time delivery gridded plans Partner with HUBs, R&D, Professional Team, EOC, and Insights teams to enhance and expand existing plans and products while continually identifying new and novel opportunities. Foster a collaborative environment to leverage cross-disciplinary expertise for strategic advancements. Plan, implement and track New Product Launches and Re-launches and advertising Collaborate with HUBs to maximize implementation of brand plans and innovation Embed a culture of innovation: Be an inspiring, courageous and resilient leader within the company; driving new marketing practices, ways of thinking, and AI adoption Required Qualifications: Minimum 5-9 years of progressive relevant marketing experience; specific experience on innovation would be preferable. Functional experience in marketing/ implementation of successful marketing plans, new products, omnichannel campaign development Experience in managing relationships with senior individuals and within a demanding and fast paced environment Experience in managing complex projects and external suppliers Seeking an international career path, open to experiences in different markets and environments.
