Our C.A.R.E. values: nourish Creativity embody Agility manifest Reliability pursue Evolution The Role The Senior Delivery Manager / Deputy Business Unit Head (Head of BU Project Delivery) is a senior manager-level role responsible for ensuring successful delivery execution across the business unit while optimizing financial performance and operational resilience. You will co-own a shared revenue collection and profitability target with the Business Unit Head, bridging strategic oversight with hands-on tracking. While collaborating on Sales GTM strategy and cross-functional operations, your primary focus will be driving committed client project deliveries, maintaining delivery quality, and leading cross-functional teams toward continuous improvement. Vacation and Sick leave Wellness programs such as Wellness Wednesdays HMO coverage Team buildings and quarterly events (company outings and festive celebrations for Chinese New Year, Valentines, Halloween and Christmas) And, friendly intramural competitions Your Team Direct Report: Business Unit Head Direct Collaboration: Project Delivery Teams, Governance Teams, Technical Governance, and Resource Management Indirect Collaboration: Sales & Pre-Sales Teams (guiding delivery approach to win deals) and Executive Leadership (aligning on BU direction) Partnerships: Household technology brands including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Your Responsibilities Delivery Management & Client Excellence (Core Focus) Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and quality of concurrent software projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks. Act as the primary executive escalation point for critical client challenges, ensuring swift resolution and transparent communication. Maintain strong client relationships alongside Account Managers to manage expectations, scope, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional delivery pods to meet key milestones and manage dependencies or risks. Operational Resilience & Technical Governance Partner with Technical Governance to enforce software quality standards, automated testing, and execution frameworks. Drive root-cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to build resilient, predictable delivery systems. Ensure delivery risks, capacity bottlenecks, and compliance requirements are actively mitigated. Financial Performance & P&L Co-Ownership Co-own and achieve BU revenue collection, gross margin, and profitability targets with the Business Unit Head. Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, utilization, and revenue recognition in partnership with Finance and PMO. Identify and eliminate financial inefficiencies across accounts. Sales GTM & Growth Support Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales during deal cycles to shape delivery approaches, effort estimates, and resource models that increase probability of winning opportunities. Identify organic upsell and cross-sell growth opportunities within existing client engagements. About You Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: 5-10+ years in leadership or managerial role in software delivery management, program management, or engineering with a proven track record in financial management and delivery excellence. Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies. Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, profitability management, and revenue recognition. Skills: Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven problem-solving abilities. Preferred Certifications: PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt. The requirements listed in this job description are guidelines, not hard and fast rules.
