The Impact You'll Make As our Senior Finance Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and business insight across Danfoss' Danish operation s. Your leadership will help drive sound decision-making, manage risk effectively, and support sustainable business growth. This is an opportunity to lead a highly skilled finance organization while partnering closely with business leaders across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, and sales. You will help translate financial performance into actionable insights that create value for customers and the business. By combining strong financial expertise with a continuous improvement mindset, you will shape efficient, future-ready finance processes and contribute to Danfoss' ongoing transformation journey. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and develop a finance team of 15 professionals to deliver high-quality reporting, compliance, and business support. Own and lead the monthly closing and Group reporting processes for the Danish entities, ensuring high-quality financial reporting, strong controls, and adherence to reporting deadlines Oversee statutory accounting, tax reporting, VAT compliance, and external financial reporting to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance across Danish entities and sites. Partner with business leaders and other global finance stakeholders to improve performance, strengthen decision-making, and support strategic priorities. Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and standardization initiatives that enhance finance processes, controls, and efficiency. Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls to support operational excellence and long-term business success. What We're Looking For You bring strong experience across accounting, financial reporting, tax, compliance, and finance operations within a complex organization. You have a track record of leading, developing, and empowering teams , creating an environment where people can grow and perform at their best. You bring a solid understanding of Danish accounting regulations, taxation, VAT, internal controls, and IFRS reporting . You are confident using SAP, financial reporting tools, and data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. You build trusted relationships across functions and communicate complex financial topics clearly and effectively in both Danish and English .
