Read our operating principles https://www.airwallex.com/en-us/operating-principles to see it in full.   HOW YOU'LL MAKE IMPACT You’ll own customer success from day zero for T:0’s AI-native accounting platform, helping finance leaders turn complex accounting workflows into reliable, measurable operational outcomes. - Partner directly with founders, accountants, and mid-market Controllers to translate accounting policies such as ASC 606 into automated logic, configure and tune AI financial agents, and map account structures to each customer’s business rules and data pipelines. - Build evidence-based onboarding strategies and repeatable deployment playbooks that reduce friction and accelerate time to value across customers ranging from founder-led startups to established mid-market businesses. - Act as the internal customer advocate by partnering with Product, Engineering, and GTM to improve workflows and ensure customer needs are represented in product development. - Track usage, proactively mitigate risks, identify expansion opportunities, and drive long-term platform adoption. You’ll work from our San Francisco office three days a week. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essentials - Strong background in accounting or finance, including a solid grasp of revenue recognition, ASC 606, and modern ERP systems. - Ability to speak fluently about accounting with Controllers and about data and APIs with Engineers. - Experience working directly with customers in customer success, implementations, technical account management, product operations, or a related function. - Experience applying an accounting or finance background to customer deployments, operational workflows, or product adoption. - Exceptional organisational skills and a track record of managing complex stakeholder environments and delivering against aggressive deadlines. - Comfort solving ambiguous problems and taking ownership in a high-impact, 0-to-1 environment. - Strong interest in emerging technology, including the ability to prompt, configure, and optimise autonomous systems for complex, deterministic financial rules. Preferred - CPA license or substantial experience in audit, including Big Four experience, revenue management, or accounting leadership. - Ability to independently use analytics platforms to interpret platform health, onboarding data, and user behaviour.
