Your new responsibilities Drive manufacturing KPIs including output, yield, cycle time, OEE, delivery performance, and productivity. Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across wafer fabrication operations. Drive yield enhancement, defect reduction, bottleneck elimination, and cost optimization programs. Collaborate with Process, Equipment, Quality, Planning, and Industrial Engineering teams to improve fab performance. Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions. Support technology transfer, production ramp-up, and capacity expansion activities. Coach and develop engineers, manufacturing specialists, and production leadership teams Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Who we are looking for Candidate must have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 10 years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience. Experience in Micro LED, LED, GaN, compound semiconductor, or advanced display manufacturing is highly preferred. Hands-on experience in 8-inch wafer fab manufacturing. Proven track record in yield improvement, cycle time reduction, productivity enhancement, and manufacturing excellence.
