Your new responsibilities Process owner to meet KPIs defined in the Wetchem department. Experience knowledge to Wetchem tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner) is a must. Full process ownership on quality, yield, damage containment, process capability and stability, cost, CpK and other related KPIs. Advance in process window study using standard tools like DoE approach to optimize process in term of cost, and quality. Lead process transfer, process & tool qualification and ramp related projects. Lead and drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) interna/externally to meet require speed/cost/quality. Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol. Implement & setup process FMEA, OCAP, Line of defense, FDC, SPC, Anko system. Generate training manual and improve Junior Engineer/ Technician technical competency.
