We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our Customer Services Operations team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to Field Service Operations and collaborate with colleagues across the business to help ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Your work will play an important role in supporting service operations by managing service-related administration, monitoring time and expense reporting, and contributing to intercompany billing activities. By helping maintain accurate processes and data, you will enable technical teams to focus on delivering value to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively with different stakeholders, and contributing to operational excellence. You will have exposure to service processes that support multiple markets across the Americas while helping drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be based in Panama City, Panama. Tetra Pak does not offer support for visa or relocation for this position. What you will do As a Service Administrator , you will: Be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to Customer Services Operations stakeholders, ensuring efficient processes and clear communication that contribute to a positive service experience; Manage and maintain operational data and relevant databases, providing accurate reporting, visual management, and regular updates to stakeholders to support decision-making; Analyze, resolve, and escalate issues related to missing or inaccurate data, helping ensure data quality and process reliability; Support the consistent application of global standards, service administration processes, and local legal requirements; Coordinate activities related to purchase order creation and invoicing for intercompany services; Support purchasing activities for external contractor services in accordance with Corporate Governance policies and established processes; Partner with service administration teams to ensure effective collaboration, knowledge sharing, and backup support across the function; Contribute to the development and maintenance of visual management tools, reporting solutions, and operational metrics for service administration; Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, sharing best practices, and supporting process enhancements; Collaborate closely with Service Account Representatives, Field Service Operations, Finance, Travel Management, and Order Fulfilment Service Product teams to support efficient service delivery. We believe you have An associate degree in Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; Experience in administrative support or coordination activities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with SAP/ECC, Power BI, and Power Automate; Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal; A learning mindset, with the motivation to develop new skills and grow professionally; Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and self-management skills; A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance processes and ways of working; Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different functions and teams in a global environment; Adaptability and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, service-oriented environment; Availability to work in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office and two days working remot ely.
