As a Service Administrator , you will play an important role within the Customer Service Operations (CSO) team, helping ensure the smooth delivery of administrative services that support both internal teams and customer-facing activities. Your work will contribute to efficient operations, accurate data management, and a positive experience for stakeholders across the region. This is an individual contributor role with broad exposure to service administration processes, reporting, purchasing activities, and coordination of materials and resources needed to support service operations. You will collaborate closely with service support teams and other stakeholders to help maintain high service levels and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise across different areas of service administration, work with regional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive consistency and quality across the organization. You will be based in Panama. Tetra Pak does not offer support for visa or relocation for this position. What you will do As a Service Administrator , you will: Execute administrative activities across multiple service operations areas and provide back-up support across the region, ensuring high-quality service, effective communication, and stakeholder satisfaction; Maintain and update relevant databases through the accurate collection of internal and customer data, ensuring data quality and consistency; Prepare reports, visual management materials, and regular stakeholder communications based on collected data, while identifying, resolving, and escalating data accuracy issues when needed; Coordinate the ordering and delivery of parts, tools, services, uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other materials required to support service operations; Support purchasing and invoicing activities within your area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with corporate governance policies; Partner closely with service administration and service support teams to maintain effective operational support and reliable back-up processes; Support the implementation and consistent application of global standards, processes, local requirements, and legal regulations related to service support; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing knowledge, adopting best practices, and supporting improvements in service support processes. We believe you have An associate degree in Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; Experience supporting administrative processes and activities in a business environment; Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience using SAP and Ariba; Experience in the automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement of administrative processes using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps will be highly valued. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; The ability to learn quickly, adapt to new processes, and continuously develop your skills; A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and self-discipline in managing tasks and information; A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in identifying opportunities to enhance processes and ways of working; Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.
