Sobre essa posição: As part of the General Procurement team, this role is responsible for managing sourcing activities and procurement projects across assigned categories, contributing to value creation and supporting business objectives. The position manages Procurement activities end-to-end, from market analysis, supplier scouting and tender management through negotiation, contracting and supplier performance, working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The role also contributes to identifying efficiencies, improving Procurement processes and ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures and governance requirements. Principais Responsabilidades: Manage sourcing activities and Procurement projects for assigned General Procurement categories (Services such as: Marketing, Professional, and IT Services), ensuring alignment with local procedures and Group Procurement policies. Develop a strong understanding of relevant supplier markets, cost drivers and category dynamics to identify sourcing opportunities and support effective commercial decisions. Lead sourcing and tender processes, including supplier scouting, RFQ/RFP preparation, bid analysis, negotiation, vendor selection and supplier transition. Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers, balancing cost competitiveness, quality, service levels, risk and business requirements. Identify, deliver and report Procurement value creation opportunities, including cost savings, cost avoidance and cash impact, following established Procurement methodologies and processes. Lead the contracting process in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Legal, supporting the development of robust commercial agreements and appropriate risk mitigation. Manage supplier relationships and performance for assigned categories, monitoring relevant KPIs and coordinating performance improvement actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders when required. Support supplier evaluation and performance assessment processes, ensuring compliance with applicable Procurement and corporate requirements. Manage supplier claims and commercial escalations in coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow-up. Analyze procurement data, spend, supplier performance and market information to identify sourcing, efficiency and process improvement opportunities. Partner with business stakeholders throughout the Procurement process, providing commercial guidance and promoting early Procurement involvement in relevant initiatives. Ensure compliance with Procurement policies, processes and KPIs, proactively addressing process gaps and promoting Procurement discipline across assigned activities. Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives and AI initiatives within Procurement, sharing best practices and opportunities with the wider team. Collaborate with local, regional and global Procurement teams when applicable, supporting cross-market initiatives and leveraging synergies and best practices. Sobre você: MUST-HAVE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Statistics or a related field. Previous experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing or a related commercial function. Experience supporting or managing sourcing processes, supplier negotiations and vendor selection. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and market information into business recommendations. Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different functions and levels of the organization. Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset. Good understanding of contract management principles and ability to work collaboratively with Legal and business stakeholders. Advanced English and Portuguese. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel. NICE-TO-HAVE Experience with General or Indirect Procurement categories. Experience with strategic sourcing, competitive tenders and supplier relationship management. Knowledge of ERP and procurement platforms (e.g. SAP, Ariba). Experience with Power BI or other data visualization and analytics tools. Spanish language skills.
