Job Overview Leads small and medium sized projects and manages the technical elements. Job Requirements Using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes. Working independently to solve problems where precedents may not exist and providing new perspective on existing solutions. Training or mentoring junior staff or new members and providing inputs on performance expectations. Aiding project management responsibilities in absence of the team leader/ project manager. What your background should look like Requisitos: 1. Título en Ingeniería: Licenciatura o superior en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Electrónica u otro campo relacionado. 2. Experiencia Laboral: Al menos 5 años de experiencia laboral en el diseño y desarrollo de sistemas de señales integradas , preferiblemente en un entorno industrial. 3. Conocimientos Técnicos: Dominio de los principios de ingeniería de señales, así como experiencia en el uso de herramientas de software de simulación y análisis. 4. Habilidades de Programación: Conocimientos de lenguajes de programación como MATLAB, Python o C/C++. Y experiencia en Radio Frecuencia (PLus) 5. Capacidad Analítica: Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para resolver problemas complejos de manera efectiva. 6. Habilidades de Comunicación: Buena capacidad de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de colaborar eficazmente en equipos multidisciplinarios. 7. Orientación al Cliente: Enfoque orientado al cliente con habilidades demostradas para comprender y satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. 8. Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente Responsabilidades: 1. Desarrollo: Liderar el desarrollo de sistemas de señales integradas desde la concepción hasta la implementación final. 2. Análisis de Requisitos: Colaborar con los equipos de ingeniería y los clientes para comprender los requisitos del sistema y traducirlos en especificaciones técnicas. 3. Integración de Hardware y Software: Coordinar la integración de componentes de hardware y software para garantizar un funcionamiento óptimo del sistema. 4. Pruebas y Validación: Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas exhaustivas para validar el rendimiento del sistema y garantizar su cumplimiento con los requisitos del cliente. 5. Documentación: Preparar documentación técnica detallada, incluidos manuales de usuario y especificaciones de diseño. 6. Mantenimiento y Soporte: Proporcionar soporte técnico continuo, incluida la resolución de problemas y la optimización del rendimiento del sistema en el campo.
