Sr. Manager, Medical Affairs

Position Summary The Medical Advisor will participate in developing the brand strategy and medical strategy for renal products, as well as in the design and execution of the medical plan. The role provides scientific expertise to internal cross-functional teams, designs and organizes data generation and medical education projects, and establishes and maintains scientific collaborations with top KOLs and regulatory stakeholders. 职位概述 参与制定肾脏产品的品牌策略及医学策略，设计并执行医学计划。 为内部跨职能团队提供科学专业意见，设计并组织证据生成及医学教育项目，同时与顶级关键意见领袖及监管相关方建立并维护科学的合作关系。 Essential Duties and Job Functions: -Develop and implement medical plan/activities to address key clinical and scientific challenges and ensure alignment with the brand plan; -Proactive scientific contribute to brand strategy; -Cooperate with brand team for education materials preparation; -Provide medical support to internal stakeholders; -Disease and product data gap analysis and develop evidence generation plan and responsible for the whole process of execution in align with product life management. -Timely communicate with top KOLs to update the disease and product related information and get their endorse and advocacy. -Provide the internal stakeholders with an understanding of the local medical community, clinical practice, trends, and or perceived gaps in current scientific knowledge and medical treatment, competitive intelligence; -Develop training plan and provide regular training for internal team. 主要职责与职能 -制定并实施医学计划，以应对关键的临床及科学挑战，并确保与品牌计划保持一致； -主动为品牌策略提供医学支持； -与品牌团队合作，准备教育材料； -为跨部门提供医学支持； -开展疾病和产品的证据缺失分析，制定证据生成计划，并负责与产品生命周期管理相协调的全流程执行； -及时与顶级关键意见领袖（KOL）沟通，更新疾病和产品相关信息，并获得其认可与支持； -向跨部门提供对临床实践、研究趋势、当前科学认知及治疗中存在的认知缺口以及竞争情报的深入理解； -为内部团队制定培训计划并定期提供培训。 Position Requirements Education Background -A Master's degree in Nephrology or above. Job Required Qualification -Profound medical knowledge in Nephrology therapy area. -Strategic thinking and marketing sense (or good understanding of pharmaceutical business). -Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill with internal and external stakeholders. -Design of clinical trial and project management capability, familiarity with biostatistics, publication related policies and processes. -Fluent English in literature reading, medical writing and oral communication. -2+ years' experience in medical affairs; MNC experience preferred. -No compliance issues previous. 岗位要求 教育背景 -临床医学硕士以上 岗位任职资格 -具有肾脏病治疗领域的医学知识； -具备战略性思维和市场意识（或对制药业务有良好理解）； -与内外部利益相关方具有出色的沟通能力； -具备临床试验设计及项目管理能力，熟悉生物统计学、发表相关政策和流程； -英语流利，能够熟练阅读文献、进行医学写作及口语交流; -2年以上医学事务经验；有跨国药企经验者优先； -以往无合规问题。
