As a Reliability Lead, you will be responsible for driving maintenance excellence and asset reliability across assigned production lines or process areas. You will lead reliability strategies, breakdown elimination efforts, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment performance and operational efficiency. By partnering with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Safety, Quality, Planning, and Utilities teams, you will help create a culture of reliability that improves equipment availability, reduces downtime, and enhances long-term asset performance. What will you do? Lead reliability and maintenance strategies to improve equipment effectiveness, reliability, and lifecycle performance. Drive deployment and continuous improvement of maintenance processes, standards, and reliability tools. Provide coaching and technical leadership to maintenance planners, supervisors, technicians, and operations teams. Own breakdown elimination efforts by analyzing maintenance history, identifying recurring losses, and implementing permanent corrective actions. Lead root cause analysis investigations and reliability improvement initiatives. Establish and monitor condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, planned overhaul, and equipment rebuild programs. Partner with Maintenance Planning teams to improve PM schedules, job plans, standards, and shutdown work execution. Audit maintenance processes and programs to ensure quality, effectiveness, and compliance with standards. Collaborate with Engineering teams to standardize equipment, optimize maintenance costs, and improve overall reliability. Maintain technical master data and support maintenance planning activities within SAP PM and CMMS systems. Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs, reliability metrics, and performance improvement plans. Utilize reliability methodologies including PdM, MTTF, MTBF, MTTR, SMED, FMEA, and OEE to drive sustainable improvements. Minimum Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering roles within a manufacturing environment, including leadership responsibilities. Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and maintenance improvement programs. Experience using CMMS and SAP PM systems for maintenance planning, scheduling, and asset management. Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, failure analysis, condition monitoring, and reliability-centered maintenance practices. Experience developing maintenance strategies, PM programs, shutdown plans, and equipment reliability initiatives. Knowledge of reliability methodologies such as PdM, MTTF, MTBF, MTTR, SMED, FMEA, and OEE. Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in food manufacturing or other regulated manufacturing environments is preferred. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
