We are looking for an SAP Basis Technical Consultant to join our team in Randers, Denmark. You may already have several years of experience within SAP Basis, or you may be at an earlier stage in your career and ready to develop your skills. The role and level of responsibility will be adapted to your experience and technical background. What you will be doing You will help support, maintain and develop our SAP landscape, including both on-premises and cloud-based solutions. Depending on your experience, you will either support technical activities alongside experienced colleagues or take independent responsibility for tasks, projects and technical decisions. Your tasks may include: • SAP system administration, operation, maintenance and optimisation • Maintenance and upgrades of SAP systems • Supporting or implementing SAP BTP solutions, integrations and extensions • Technical support and consulting related to S/4HANA migrations • Monitoring and setup of SAP Cloud ALM • Performance tuning of SAP environments • Planning maintenance activities with our outsourcing partner • Supporting audits, projects and technical workshops • Documenting technical processes and sharing knowledge across the team You will also contribute to our S/4HANA journey and help ensure stable and secure operation of our SAP environment. About you You have an interest in SAP technology and enjoy solving technical challenges. Your experience may come from a similar SAP Basis role, an IT-related education or another relevant technical background. We imagine that you have some of the following qualifications: • Experience with or knowledge of SAP Basis • Understanding of SAP system administration and operations • Knowledge of SAP HANA, S/4HANA, SAP BTP and/or other SAP technologies • Experience with installations, upgrades, patching or system maintenance • An interest in cloud-based SAP solutions • A structured and responsible approach to your work • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills • A willingness to learn and share knowledge • Fluent English skills You do not need to meet every requirement. What matters most is that you are motivated to work with SAP technology and contribute to the team. If you are an experienced consultant, we expect you to work independently and contribute with technical advice and ownership. If you are earlier in your career, you will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues.
