Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll help coordinate traineeship programs that support career growth across our operations. About the Role Reporting to the Surface Mining Training Superintendent, you'll coordinate Macmahon's Graduate and Vacation Programs, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional participant experiences and support the development of future mining professionals.
